Points reward system questions.
How does a points reward system work?
Customers earn points when they buy from you and trade them for rewards you set, like a discount or a free item. The balance shows on their wallet card.
How many points per dollar should I give?
1 point per $1 is the easiest for customers to follow. Set the reward levels to the share of sales you want to give back; the calculator above shows it.
Do points expire?
Not by default. You can turn on expiry for a program, and the oldest points are used first.
What happens to points when an item is returned?
The points from that purchase come off the card. If they were already spent, the rest goes to review.
Can I offer more than one reward?
Yes. Set several reward levels, such as 10% off at 600 points and 50% off at 1,200.
Is this for employee rewards?
No. Gloyalty is for customer loyalty: points customers earn when they buy from your business.
