Coffee shop loyalty questions.
How does a coffee shop loyalty program work?
Customers scan a QR at your counter and add the card to their phone wallet. The barista scans it with each order, and the reward unlocks at the goal you set.
How many stamps should a free coffee take?
Ten is common: buy nine, the tenth is free. A bigger reward can take more.
Stamps or points for a café?
Stamps if most orders are one drink. Points if orders mix coffee, food and beans, because points follow what they spend.
Can only drinks earn stamps?
Yes. A program can count every purchase or only the items you choose.
Does it work with Square, Toast or Clover?
Yes. Baristas scan the card with a phone next to the register, so it runs alongside any POS.
Can I run one program across several cafés?
Yes. Choose which cafés join it. Regulars keep their stamps whichever café they visit.
How much does a coffee shop loyalty program cost?
Plans are monthly and include unlimited customers. They differ in programs, locations and team users.
